These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Lamba w Tarabiza website and the purchase of products through our online store. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Products & Pricing
All product descriptions, dimensions, and images are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. Colours may vary slightly due to photographic lighting and screen calibration. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice; the price applicable to your order is the one shown at the time of checkout confirmation.
3. Orders & Payment
Once you submit an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when we dispatch your items. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. All transactions are processed securely via our payment partner.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, product availability, and logistics conditions. Standard delivery within Beirut takes 3–7 business days; regional and international orders are quoted individually. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery. For large furniture items, white-glove delivery and assembly are available at an additional charge — contact us at the time of ordering to arrange this service.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Custom-made, bespoke, and final-sale items are not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. 6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, product photography, logos, and design — is the exclusive property of Lamba w Tarabiza S.A.R.L. or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lamba w Tarabiza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut.
